About the Chargers home jersey
Fans type "chargers dark blue jersey" or "dark blue chargers jersey" because the team wore dark royal blue from 1974 and navy from 1985 to 2019 at home. Powder blue returned as the primary home jersey in 2019, and the April 2020 rebrand removed navy from the logos. The powder blue home jersey has gold bolts over the shoulders, with white pants or gold pants. A Chargers light blue jersey is the same powder blue, and a blue Chargers jersey can be powder or royal.
The official 2026 schedule lists powder blue at home against the Cardinals (Week 1), the Raiders (Week 2), the Broncos (Week 5), the Jets (Week 11) and the 49ers (Week 15). The navy and royal dark blue styles remain as alternates or retro buys in the catalog.
