The Music City design
The Titans describe the uniform as a Titans Blue helmet with navy jerseys and pants, a "Music City" script on the chest, a neon-inspired number font that nods to Nashville's signs and a six-string stripe along the sides of the pants. Fox Sports described the colors a little differently, so we use the team's wording. Rivalries gear went on sale September 1.

Rivalries is a Nike and NFL program in which eight teams from two divisions, the AFC South and NFC North in 2026, each wear a special uniform for one home game against a division rival. The uniforms stay in a team's rotation for three seasons. The Titans wear theirs only once this season.
