What the Orange Crush throwback is

The Orange Crush throwback is inspired by the Broncos' Orange Crush era. Denver brought it back as part of the Mile High Collection at the start of the 2024 season. The Broncos were 5–0 in the throwbacks before they beat Seattle 17–14 in overtime on October 15 in their first throwback game of 2026.

When the Broncos wear it in 2026

Denver wears the Orange Crush-inspired uniform twice in 2026. The first game was Thursday, October 15, against the Seahawks. The second is Week 18 against the Chargers, and the date has not been set because the game is a flex. The team has announced its allowed number of alternate games. See the Broncos alternate jerseys for the Midnight Navy edition too.

Legends in orange

Most throwback buyers pick a legend. John Elway's No. 7 belongs to the quarterback who played for Denver from 1983 to 1998. His number was retired on September 13, 1999. Floyd Little's No. 44 is also retired. Both numbers are explained in our Broncos jersey numbers guide.

Game vs. Limited and Broncos legends

The Broncos throwback comes as Nike Game or Limited; the Limited tier is a slimmer, stitched cut. Denver's away jersey is white, and our Broncos range also includes a black style. Legends in the orange include Terrell Davis (No. 30), Peyton Manning (No. 18) and Von Miller (No. 58).
